What if you didn't have to abandon yourself to get through grief?

Feel it all. Honour what matters. Find your way back to yourself.

Discover a more compassionate, softer, and connected way to navigate grief, loss, and life's transitions.

Mavericking: an act of loving rebellion.

What if the very things we've been taught to do with emotional pain are keeping us disconnected from ourselves and one another?

We've been told by the Grief Myths, keep busy, move on, and grieve privately. We been told more than 23,000 times by age 15 that our sad feelings are wrong, weak, or something to hide. Mavericking invites us to do something radically different.

  • Feel it all, without judging yourself.

  • Slow down and listen to your body and inner wisdom.

  • Grieve out loud and allow yourself to be supported.

  • Honour your losses without imposing a timeline.

  • Choose authenticity, compassion, and deeper connection.

You don't have to follow the old rules. You can choose a different way.

ABOUT

Meet Kimberly...

IMG_6045.jpeg

I've always believed life was meant to hold more love, joy, play, freedom, and connection. I've also spent much of my life feeling deeply, loving hard, and carrying the labels of being "too sensitive" or "too emotional."

It wasn't until heartbreak brought me to my knees that I began to understand something that changed everything: my emotions were never the problem.

Through grief, I discovered a different way of meeting myself. One rooted in softness, curiosity, and compassion rather than judgment and the pressure to push through.

Today, I'm passionate about helping others reclaim their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and discover that grieving deeply and living wholeheartedly can exist together.

This is my journey of Grieving with Grace, and the loving rebellion I call Mavericking.

You were never meant to do it all alone.

Your emotions aren't the enemy. Your grief isn't a weakness. And you don't have to abandon yourself to be loved, accepted, or supported.

There is another way to move through life's heartbreaks and changes—with compassion, courage, and connection.

"What is happening in your innermost self is worthy of your entire love."                                             -Rainer Wilke

"Kimberly guided me through some intense emotional moments. Her knowledge of the material was excellent. Her intuition, perception, and empathy towards what I was going through was so helpful. Kimberly has a gift that I know will bring happiness ,joy, and love back to everyone she touches!"

GORDON J.

“I’m getting more out of this (Honouring Loss) program already than I did out of thousands of dollars of typical therapy.”

N. Y.

"Her ICAN model was so much more than I could ever have expected! Right from the start, it was as if Kimberly knew exactly the healing I needed, and her curiosity and openness easily drew this out of me."
